Flexsell Community Guidelines
1. SCOPE
These Community Guidelines apply to every guest or registered account and all profiles, usernames, images, listings, reels, live streams, comments, chat, reviews where available, and other User Content on FlexSell. They form part of the Terms of Service. All users must be at least 18 years old.
2. RESPECT AND SAFETY
Do not threaten, harass, bully, shame, stalk, dox, blackmail, or encourage abuse of another person. Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, disability, age, or another protected characteristic is prohibited. Do not glorify or instruct serious violence, terrorism, violent extremism, suicide, self-harm, trafficking, or other dangerous conduct.
Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, sexual services, grooming, child sexual abuse material, and any sexualization or exploitation of minors are prohibited. FlexSell may preserve and report apparent illegal material to competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
3. AUTHENTIC CONTENT AND CONDUCT
Do not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent identity or authority, publish deceptive claims, create fake scarcity, manipulate engagement, coordinate false reviews, operate scams, send spam, phish for credentials, distribute malware, or solicit unauthorized off-platform payments.
Only upload content and products that you own or have permission to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, and other rights. Do not publish another person's address, phone number, identity document, payment information, private messages, image, or voice without a lawful basis and any required consent.
4. MARKETPLACE CONTENT
Listings and live product demonstrations must be truthful, current, and suitable for a general physical-goods marketplace. The prohibited-product rules in the Terms apply to every listing, message, reel, and stream. Do not use social features to arrange sales of prohibited or non-physical goods or to evade checkout, payment, Seller approval, or safety controls.
5. REPORTING AND BLOCKING
Use the in-app report control on supported profiles, comments, listings, reels, or other content to report a violation. Provide an accurate reason and do not submit retaliatory or knowingly false reports. You may block another account through supported controls to limit interactions and hide supported content.
For intellectual-property or privacy complaints, identify the challenged material and your authority in an email to info@flexsell.net. For immediate danger, contact Bahrain emergency services or law enforcement. FlexSell is not an emergency service.
6. MODERATION
FlexSell may use user reports, automated safety signals, and authorized review to investigate possible violations. FlexSell does not pre-screen every submission and cannot promise that all objectionable content will be detected immediately.
Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, FlexSell may reduce distribution, stop a live stream, remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, cancel affected transactions, suspend or terminate an account, preserve evidence, or notify a provider, rights holder, regulator, or law-enforcement authority where lawful. Serious violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.
