Flexsell Cookie And Tracking Notice
1. SCOPE
This Notice explains how FlexSell uses browser cookies, local storage, mobile software-development-kit identifiers, and similar technologies on its website and apps. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
2. ESSENTIAL STORAGE AND IDENTIFIERS
FlexSell uses essential local storage and identifiers to maintain legal acceptance, guest or registered sessions, settings, language, notification installations, security state, and application reliability. Disabling or clearing them can sign you out, reset preferences, or prevent requested features from working.
Authenticated media delivery may use short-lived CloudFront signed cookies or equivalent authorization headers to permit access to a specific video asset. These credentials are security controls and are not advertising cookies.
3. ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE
Firebase Analytics and internal event systems measure screen views, product and reel engagement, watch activity, searches, app opens, feature use, and approximate technical or location information supplied by the provider. Firebase Performance, Crashlytics, and Sentry process technical events used to diagnose faults, crashes, ANRs, and performance. Sentry screenshots, session replay, and default PII collection are disabled.
These technologies may use app-instance identifiers, account identifiers, device or browser information, IP-derived information, and local storage. FlexSell uses the information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the Service, not to sell personal data as a standalone product.
4. ATTRIBUTION
FlexSell uses limited attribution technologies to understand whether marketing led to an install, app activity, or a physical-product purchase. Meta may receive server-side purchase events with transaction details and hashed contact information where available. Branch and app-platform services may process deep-link or install-attribution data.
On iOS, FlexSell requests Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. The advertising identifier is collected for attribution only when you allow tracking. If you deny permission, advertiser-ID collection remains disabled. FlexSell does not use permission denial to block account, shopping, publishing, or Seller features.
5. YOUR CONTROLS
You can control cookies and site storage through browser settings and clear app data through device settings. You can change iOS tracking permission in Settings, manage notification permission on your device, and disable promotional notification categories in FlexSell settings. Browser or device controls may not disable processing strictly needed for security, requested communications, transactions, legal compliance, or basic service operation.
FlexSell does not currently operate third-party display advertising on its website or apps. If FlexSell introduces optional advertising cookies or materially different tracking, it will update this Notice and implement any consent control required by law or platform rules before activation.
6. CONTACT AND CHANGES
FlexSell may update this Notice when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published with appropriate notice for material changes.
