If you wish to permanently delete your FlexSell account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below. We take your privacy seriously and will ensure all your data is removed from our systems.

How to Delete Your Account

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your phone number (if registered)
• Your full name as it appears on your account
• Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

What Happens After Deletion?

Immediate Effect:

• You will be logged out of all devices
• Your profile will be removed from public view
• Active listings will be deactivated

Within 30 Days:

• All your personal data will be permanently deleted from our active databases
• Backup copies will be removed from our systems
• Your data will be deleted from all third-party services we use

Data We May Retain:

• Transaction records for legal and accounting purposes (anonymized)
• Information required by law to retain
• Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you

Before You Delete

Consider these alternatives:

• Deactivate Temporarily: Hide your account without deleting it
• Remove Listings: Keep your account but remove individual items
• Update Privacy Settings: Control what information is visible
• Log Out: Take a break without deleting your account
